I tasked myself with creating a new trailer soundtrack for Marvel's recent 'Deadpool & Wolverine' film.
The new Deadpool and Wolverine movie brings together two of Marvel's most beloved anti-heroes in an explosive, action-packed adventure. Set against the backdrop of a chaotic multiverse, the film follows Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool, as he teams up with Logan, the grizzled Wolverine, on a mission that forces them to confront both their violent pasts and their complicated friendship.
The majority of this work was focused around building tension through intricate sound design. I used plugins such as Vir2's 'Phoenix: Rise, Hit & Whoosh Builder', Spectrasonics 'Omnisphere', AVA's 'Eminence' and Instinct' to create the risers, sound effects and other impacts/hits heard across the piece.
