I was tasked with recreating the entire soundscape for the short film 'Wirecutters', by Jack Anderson.

The film unfolds on a distant and desolate planet, following the journey of a small mining robot and its helper as they form an unexpected alliance with a larger excavator, navigating the challenges of greed and scarcity in their pursuit of precious minerals.

All of the Foley recordings were original, recorded in my home studio. I generally used a layered synthesis approach for the special effects and ambience, involving a combination of Foley recordings and synths.
